Signature Game Sessions

Private roulette, poker and blackjack reservations with professional hosts, pacing design and room styling matched to your event brief. Every session is entertainment-only — no real-money wagering.

Included warranty: if a host or table is unavailable on your confirmed date, we provide a replacement format or a full refund of your deposit.

Dining Integration

Seated dinner add-ons, cocktail timing and social pauses woven between game sessions. Menus are built with local South Australian suppliers and paced to your evening arc.

Included warranty: any menu item that fails to meet the agreed brief is replaced on the night or credited in full.

Entertainment Layers

Local bands, karaoke segments, trivia moments and celebration add-ons that bring a richer social dimension to your booking, staged on our in-house lighting and sound rig.

Included warranty: if a booked performer cancels, we supply an equivalent act or refund the entertainment fee.

Event Styling & Full Venue Hire

Architectural event styling — lighting scenes, table dressing, branded welcome moments — plus complete venue takeover for up to 80 guests with a dedicated event manager.

Terms & conditions at a glance.

Booking & Deposit

A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Dates are confirmed in writing only.

Cancellation

Free rescheduling up to 14 days out. Cancellations 14+ days receive a full deposit refund; inside 14 days the deposit is retained.

Guests & Conduct

All guests must be 18+. Happyexplorer is an entertainment-only venue — no real-money wagering is offered or permitted.
