1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events and services provided by Happy Explorer Events Pty Ltd (ABN 47 623 918 504, ACN 623 918 504), trading as Happyexplorer, located at 8 Kneebone St, Goodwood SA 5034, Australia ("we", "us", "the venue"). By making a booking enquiry, paying a deposit or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Happyexplorer is a 100% offline, in-person entertainment venue. All game evenings, game parties and social club events take place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location. We do not offer any online gaming, remote participation or digital wagering services.

All game sessions are entertainment-only. No real-money wagering is offered, facilitated or permitted on the premises. Game chips and equipment have no monetary value.

3. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and receive a 30% deposit.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
• Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Guest-count changes can be made up to 72 hours before the event, subject to venue capacity.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free of charge when requested at least 14 days before the event.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
• If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a replacement date or a full refund of all amounts paid.

5. Guests & Conduct

• All guests must be 18 years or older. Valid photo ID may be requested at entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving in an unsafe, abusive or unlawful manner, without refund.
• The booking party is responsible for damage caused by their guests beyond normal wear.
• Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times under South Australian liquor laws.

6. Service Warranties

If a confirmed host, table or performer is unavailable on your event date, we will provide an equivalent replacement or refund the affected component in full. Menu items that fail to meet the agreed brief will be replaced on the night or credited.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.

8. Website Use

Content on happyexplorer.vip is provided for general information. Enquiry and booking forms on this website do not themselves create a confirmed booking. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
