• Enquiry & booking details: name, email, phone number, event date, guest count and event preferences you submit through our forms, by email or by phone.
• Event information: dietary requirements, accessibility needs and celebration details you share with us.

• Responding to enquiries and preparing tailored proposals.
• Planning, confirming and delivering your event.
• Meeting legal, safety and liquor-licensing obligations.
• Sending occasional venue news where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).

We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any online gaming or wagering purpose — our venue is 100% offline and entertainment-only.
